Very interesting way of putting it.
I found it the most interesting presentation of all!!! Catchy, accurate, to the point and most helpful! Thank you! (and funny, too)
Proz.com profile, things I never thought of | Sep 28, 2011 |
Thank you for an eye opener, there are things that you just give for granted when you have 28-year experience in your country. Going international is another story. Thank you for taking my hand an lead me to improve my profile and my chances to attract clients from other countries. I am rather shy but I must forget to be shy but rather shine to attract my client's attention. Muchas gracias Ivette

A real eye-opener! | Sep 28, 2011 |
I agree with Ana. It is a real eye opener. It is a straightforward simple guide on improving one’s status on the site and meeting more clients. It is logical and simple, and seeing it told this way makes it a lot clearer and really highlights the urgency and importance of following these steps. To all those who participated in the making of this video: Thank you!
Very helpful, will definitely polish my profile correspondingly. This video is of great! The cartoon is very funny!

Interesting, fun and informative video. It shows you ,step-by-step, how to improve visibility. I will put into practice all the recomendations. Thank you.
This video gives a very good view from the side of the outsourcer and it shows what a freelancer translator has to do to get jobs and WHY. Thanks for this video. Gerd

Jared wrote: What did you think of it? Post your thoughts here! It is nice, but I had trouble following the speaker. I had to sit really close to the speakers and shut out all ambient sounds and even then I still could not understand some of the words. Speak slowly and pronounce the words clearly. The opening sentence sounds like "[mumble mumble] you a love story". When Joe arrives at the city, he is tie (though I suppose he could be tired too).

I really like the way the video was made. Even though I am new here, I think they really drilled it down to the most important things.
comunicatina (X) Local time: 03:22 Portuguese to English Good ideas but the voice does not match | Oct 9, 2011 |
The video has interesting ideas but it would be so much more enjoyable if it was a more perky voice. It made me want to see the video to check out the tips for the website but the voice made it very hard to concentrate on it.
