Yes, if the source text has two forewords, then be it. You can convey the first one as "Foreword by ABC" and the second as "Foreword by XYZ".

Asker: Thank you. So is it ok to say "A forward by the Foundation" as a title to the paragraph in the brochure?

Asker: Indeed it is foreword not forward. Can we have two forewords in one brochure because the event is the fruit of cooperation between two foundations and each one has written a brief foreword in the brochure? Or in this case I should just translate it as "A Note from the so and so foundation" for both? Thank you for your kind help
