En este trabajo analizar� la importancia que reviste el uso de recursos expresivos en los textos jur�dicos. Tambi�n me interesa reflexionar sobre c�mo este an�lisis puede ayudar a los traductores a enriquecer su comprensi�n del texto fuente, en especial los textos jur�dicos, que presentan dificultades espec�ficas para los traductores. Pero, �qu� es precisamente el lenguaje de la persuasi�n? �C�mo aparece reflejado en nuestra vida cotidiana? �C�mo y por qu� se lo vincula con el �mbito del Derecho? �Qu� importancia tiene a la hora de traducir textos jur�dicos? Estas son las preguntas que contestar� a continuaci�n.
