Purtroppo non ho molto contesto; si tratta di un elenco di procedure da attuare qualora l'impianto subisca un'interruzione della fornitura di azoto. "T-0154" è il nome di un componente dell'impianto.

"Vent der Salztanks zur Atmosphäre schließen und Stickstoff händig abblocken"

Penso che il significato sia pressapoco "aprire T-0154 all'atmosfera" e "chiudere lo sfiato del serbatoio del sale", ma non ne sono certa.
