As the daughter of British parents who grew up in Germany, I have had the opportunity to learn both English and German at a native level. 

I later chose to study languages and business and have since worked as a teacher and translator. 

Having a native understanding of the source as well as the target language gives me that little advantage and ensures no sentence is ever misunderstood.
