Wenn es sich um ein Schiedsgericht handelt, dann handelt es sich auch um den Richter eines Schiedsgerichtes, eben dem Schiedsrichter. Sofern es sich nicht um einen Richter handeln sollte, wäre der Terminus Mediator zu wählen.
