Source text - Czech Prohlašujeme, že výše uvedené distribuované výrobky nesoucí značku CE jsou v souladu s výrobky uvedenými v "Označení shody CE" vydaného a doručeného společností XXXXX, Arnhem, Nizozemí, a to v souladu s přílohou II "směrnice ES", tedy směrnice Rady 93/42/EHS ze dne 14. června 1993 o zdravotnických prostředcích.

Výrobce má zavedený a udržuje systém jakosti, který splňuje požadavky harmonizované normy EN ISO 1348:2003/AC: 2009, jak potvrzuje následující certifikát vydaný XXXXX (platný do 6. června 2014):

Průměrného spotřebitele dle namítajícího v napadeném označení upoutá především shora popsaný obrazový prvek.
Porovnávaná označení jsou dle namítajícího vizuálně podobná ve vyšším stupni.
Pokud jde o fonetické hledisko porovnání předmětných označení, namítající má za to, že obrazový prvek napadeného označení bude spotřebitelem vyslovován jako „CC“, resp.
„CéCé“.
