Source text - Polish Najemca zobowiązuje się do:
1) użytkowania Przedmiotu Najmu zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem określonym w § 1 Umowy, z należytą
starannością, a także z poszanowaniem praw sąsiedzkich i porządku domowego,
2) nieprowadzenia w Przedmiocie Najmu działalności gospodarczej;
3) niedokonywania zmian, w szczególności przebudowy, przeróbek Przedmiotu Najmu bez uprzedniej
zgody Wynajmującego wyrażonej na piśmie pod rygorem nieważności,
4) udostępnienia Wynajmującemu swobodnego dostępu do Przedmiotu Najmu w przypadku
uzasadnionym potrzebą wykonania prac konserwacyjnych lub innych niezbędnych prac dotyczących
Przedmiotu Najmu,
5) niezwłocznego informowania Wynajmującego o zdarzeniach powodujących lub mogących powodować
uszkodzenie lub zniszczenie Przedmiotu Najmu lub znajdujących się w nim instalacji i urządzeń albo o
potrzebie dokonania napraw obciążających Wynajmującego,
6) dbałości o estetykę i utrzymanie Przedmiotu Najmu w czystości i porządku,
7) dbałości i ochrony przed uszkodzeniem lub dewastacją części budynku, w którym znajduje się
Przedmiot Najmu, przeznaczone do wspólnego użytku,
2. Najemca zobowiązuje się do udostępnienia Przedmiotu Najmu w celu dokonania przez Wynajmującego lub
upoważnioną przez Wynajmującego osobę kontroli przestrzegania przez Najemcę postanowień Umowy.
Strony ustalają, że kontrola, o której mowa w zdaniu poprzednim, będzie odbywać się nie częściej niż raz na
kwartał po uprzednim ustaleniu z Najemcą terminu kontroli.
3. Najemca nie ma prawa oddania Przedmiotu Najmu lub jego części w najem, podnajem lub do bezpłatnego
użytkowania innej osobie bez uprzedniego uzyskania zgody Wynajmującego wyrażonej na piśmie pod
rygorem nieważności.
Translation - English The Tenant undertakes to:
1) use the Property in accordance with its intended purpose specified in Article 1 herein, with due diligence and respect for the rights of neighbours and house regulations,
2) carry out no business, profession or trade of any kind in the Property,
3) make no changes or alterations, e.g. makeovers or reworks of the Property in particular, without the Landlord's prior consent expressed in writing under pain of nullity,
4) allow the Landlord to access the Property freely in case of any reasonable need to perform maintenance works or other necessary works on the Property,
5) promptly notify the Landlord of any events or situations which result or may result in damaging or destroying the Property or any fittings or devices therein or of any need to perform repairs at the Tenant's expense.
6) keep the Property in good decorative order, clean and in good condition,
7) care for and protect against any damage or devastation the communal parts of the building in which the Property is located.
2. The Tenant agrees to make the Property available to the Landlord or a person authorised by the Landlord in order to control whether the Tenant acts in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the control referred to in the preceding sentence will take place not more than once a quarter and on the date arranged with the Tenant in advance.
3. The Tenant is not entitled to let, sublet or permit third parties to use the Property or any part thereof free of charge without the prior consent of the Landlord expressed in writing under pain of nullity.

Cięcie drzewa z kolegą w ramach służby wojskowej w jednostce wojskowej w Bartoszycach
Kadra oficerska JW 4413 w Bartoszycach wszelkimi metodami starała się wymóc na klerykach rezygnację z dalszych studiów w seminariach duchownych. Kilka razy dziennie ogłaszano alarmy, na które klerycy mieli się stawić w pełnym umundurowaniu oraz z kompletnym uzbrojeniem i wyposażeniem. Biegi w maskach przeciwgazowych, przymusowe prace interwencyjne i zajęcia porządkowe, a także całkowity zakaz opuszczania jednostki wojskowej i zakaz praktyk religijnych miały złamać kręgosłup moralny kleryków.

Cutting wood with a colleague during military service in Bartoszyce
Officers at the Military Unit No 4413 in Bartoszyce spared no effort to make the clerics resign from continuing their studies at the seminary. Alarms were sounded several times a day, for which the clerics had to present themselves in full gear. Running in gas masks, compulsory clean-ups and intervention works, as well as a total prohibition on leaving the military unit and ban on religious practices were meant to break the clerics’ moral backbone.
