1- The European Council is composed of the National Directors of the WCG in Europe
2- The European Council may not legislate policies that are binding upon the National Boards or the National Directors. Each National Authority is responsible directly to the Denomination, and reports to the Denomination via the Denominational Director. Denominational policies are the only policies binding upon the European Council or the National Churches.
3- The European Denominational Director’s authority derives from Denominational Authority not from the European Council.
4- The European governance annual budget is funded by all European National Churches, and should be sufficient to cover European Governance needs. Denominational Authority may make the final determination whether the European governance budget is sufficiently funded.
5- The Denominational Director shall manage the European governance budget. Collecting, banking, disbursement and accounting should be executed in such a manner that satisfies accounting standards of the European Community.
6- The term of office of the European Denominational Director is three years and is renewable. The Denominational Director is selected by the European Council and confirmed by Denominational Authority.
7- The National Authority is responsible to provide the monitoring information needed by the Denominational Director.

2- De Europese Raad mag geen beleid maken dat bindend is voor de nationale besturen of de nationale leiders. Elke nationale autoriteit is direct verantwoordelijk aan de kerk en brengt verslag uit aan de kerk via de kerkelijk leider. Kerkelijk beleid is het enige beleid dat bindend is voor de Europese Raad of de nationale kerken.
3- Het gezag van de Europese kerkelijk leider komt van de kerkelijke autoriteit en niet van de Europese Raad.
4- Het jaarbudget van het Europese bestuur wordt gefinancierd door alle Europese nationale kerken en dient voldoende te zijn om de noodzakelijke kosten te dekken van het Europees bestuur. De kerkelijke autoriteit bepaalt of het budget hoog genoeg is.
5- De kerkelijk leider beheert het budget van het Europees bestuur. Collecteren, regelen van bankzaken, uitgaven en financiële administratie worden zodanig uitgevoerd dat voldaan wordt aan de eisen van de Europese Gemeenschap.
6- De ambtstermijn van de kerkelijk leider is drie jaar en deze termijn kan verlengd worden. De kerkelijk leider wordt gekozen door de Europese Raad en deze keus wordt bekrachtigd door de kerkelijke autoriteit.
7- De nationale autoriteit is ervoor verantwoordelijk de kerkelijk leider ter controle van de noodzakelijke informatie te voorzien.

Source text - English Within two months of being in London I had my own clinic
in Hampstead, just as I had imagined. At the time, ME (myalgic
encephalopathy, or chronic fatigue syndrome) was a big health
issue that the medical community was struggling to understand,
but it was an area in which I got great results. I had worked with
a woman who had recovered so well that the media pounced on
the story. Before I knew it I found myself on radio and TV shows
– and with only about 100 words of English in my vocabulary,
that was quite some feat! After these appearances, the phone rang
non-stop and soon I was extremely busy treating people, including
many sportspeople and celebrities. It seemed that coming to
London had been the right move.
As you can see, this part of my story ends on a high, but
over the years I have had as many downs as ups. I know that
some people thought I was mad to leave Sarajevo and then again
to leave the Canaries, but I think that the way my life has developed
has proved that following my instinct was the right thing to
do. I look back now and see that everything has happened for a
reason. In fact nothing happens through coincidence – we create
everything in our lives. In my own life I have never crumbled in
times of stress, I have always just got on with whatever I needed
to sort out. I don’t know if I was born like that, but I do know
that it’s through dealing with the challenges and coming out the
other side of them in a better place that I have come to the point
of writing this book.
Translation - Dutch Toen ik nog geen twee maanden in Londen was, had ik mijn eigen kliniek in Hampstead, net zoals ik het me had voorgesteld. In die tijd was ME (Myalgische Encephalitis of chronische vermoeidheidssyndroom) een gezondheidsprobleem dat nogal in de belangstelling stond, maar waar de medische wereld geen raad mee wist, maar het was een gebied waarop ik geweldige resultaten boekte. Ik had gewerkt met een vrouw die zo goed was hersteld, dat de media op het verhaal doken. Voor ik het wist, bevond ik mij in allerlei radio- en tv-shows, terwijl ik in het Engels nauwelijks 100 woorden kon spreken. Dat was toch een behoorlijke prestatie! Als ik in deze shows te gast was geweest, rinkelde mijn telefoon non-stop en al gauw was ik enorm druk met het behandelen van mensen, onder wie ook sporters en beroemdheden. Naar Londen gaan leek een goede stap te zijn geweest.
Zoals je kunt zien, eindigt dit deel van mijn verhaal in een hoogtepunt, maar door de jaren heen heb ik evenveel ‘downs’ als ‘ups’ gehad. Ik weet dat er mensen waren die vonden dat ik gek was om uit Sarajevo weg te gaan en daarna weer om de Canarische Eilanden te verlaten. Toch denk ik dat de manier waarop mijn leven zich ontwikkelde, bewees dat het juist was geweest om mijn intuїtie te volgen. Als ik nu terugkijk, zie ik dat alles met een bepaalde bedoeling is gebeurd. In feite gebeurt niets door toeval. Alles in ons leven creëren we zelf. In mijn eigen leven heb ik nooit de moed opgegeven bij tijden van stress. Ik ging altijd gewoon aan de slag om de problemen op te lossen. Ik weet niet of ik daarmee geboren ben, maar ik weet wel dat ik door problemen als uitdaging te zien en ze op de juiste manier aan te pakken en ze op te lossen, ik zover gekomen ben dat ik dit boek kan schrijven.
