Source text - English The Lender, who is the owner of the works of art's collection known as "X" (hereinafter the “Collection”).
II. X, which is the assignee of X's quiet enjoyment, it is duly authorized for its usage as a gallery (hereinafter the “Gallery”), during a period which totally covers the length of this agreement (including possible extensions of time) pursuant to the agree of the X's relevant office concluded on the date ___________, after the Foundation having accepted this assignment, and therefore this party holds the right for the use of the Gallery. Additionally, the Foundation declares that in the following days an agreement will be entered into between X and X, in which the already verified usage assignment of the gallery will remain documented.
X also states that the Gallery has suffered the necessary building works in order to be used as a museum, according to the standards of an international first-class museum.
The building works done in the Gallery comply with the Architectural Project of the Gallery, which essential building and termination conditions will be recorded in a report (hereinafter the "Report") that will be added to this agreement with the name of Appendix I as soon as the document be ready to include it. In any case, the Foundation states that the Gallery is equipped with the necessary technical and environmental installations, among others, as well as those regarding the Gallery's security, which are considered to be essential in order to keep being a first-class Gallery.
Translation - Spanish La Prestadora, que es propietaria de la colección de obras de arte conocida como “X”, (en adelante la “Colección”).
II. X, que es cesionaria del uso y disfrute del X, habilitado para su uso como museo de pintura (en adelante, el “Museo”), y por un plazo que cubre íntegramente toda la duración del presente contrato (incluidas sus eventuales prórrogas) en virtud del acuerdo del órgano competente del X adoptado con fecha ___________, habiendo aceptado la Fundación dicha cesión, por lo que ésta ostenta título válido para el uso del Museo. Adicionalmente, expone la Fundación que en los próximos días se suscribirá un acuerdo entre X y X en el que quedará documentada la cesión del uso sobre el Museo ya verificada.

Source text - French L'hôtel et Ville d'eau à X s'est élevé au-dessus des ruines du Couvent Mudéjar X.
C'est le bâtiment le plus ancien des sept couvents à X, outre qu'être l'unique qui est situé extra-muros de la ville. Sancti Spiritus a été fondé au premier milieu du XIIe siècle par l'infante Madame Sancha de Castilla. Grâce aux plusieurs écrits historiques, la date de sa fondation est envisagée vers l'année 1128, fait que le transforme en le premier couvent de clôture femelle de l'ordre de Saint-Bernard (Orden de San Bernardo) en Espagne.
Ses murs ont hébergé Sainte Thérèse d'Ávila (en Espagne connue sous le nom de Santa Teresa de Jesús) et Madame Jeanne Ire, dite Jeanne La Folle (en Espagne connue sous le nom de Juana "La Loca"), et à la suite de ces faits, quelques chambres ont été construit au-dessus des cellules où elles ont dormi. L'église du couvent est l'une des zones originales que sont très bien conservées, où on peut distinguer la nef primitive du XIIe siècle avec sa voûte simple, sa frise évoquant le Saint-Esprit et un conjoint des plâtrières baroques du XVIIe siècle. La porte d'entrée, malgré sa construction nouvelle, respecte son emplacement original et ses archivoltes planes avec des briques faites à la main, suivant la technique des mudéjares de cet époque-là.
Le cloître a été transformé en une zone moderne avec des piscines d'eau thermale minéro-médicinale, sous le nom de "Cloître Thermal", et avec ses anciennes colonnes de granit que soutiennent le Patio Porticado actuel (Le Patio avec du Portique) du snack-bar. On peut entrer au circuit de contrastes Patio Mudéjar, placé au-dessus de la cuisine du couvent, au travers du Cloître. La cheminée de la cuisine a été utilisé autrefois par les religieuses, mais de nos jours elle continue à fonctionner en donnant chaleur à la salle de détente.
Après avoir cru la légende de transmission orale que pendant des générations a raconté que les eaux de X avaient des pouvoirs de Dieu, on a commencé à chercher des eaux curatives. À ce lieu, on a trouvé nos excellentes eaux minéro-médicinales salines, fait qu'a transformé l'humble couvent mudéjar de brique et pisé en la première Ville d'Eau 4étoiles de Castille-León.
Translation - Spanish El Hotel Balneario X se levantó sobre las ruinas del Convento Mudéjar X.
El más antiguo de los siete conventos de X y el único situado extramuros de la villa. X fue fundado en la primera mitad del siglo XII por la Infanta Dª Sancha de Castilla. Diversos textos históricos barajan 1128 como año de su fundación, siendo de este modo, el primer convento femenino de clausura de la orden de San Bernardo en España.
Sus muros albergaron a Santa Teresa de Jesús y a Doña Juana "La Loca", por lo que algunas habitaciones están construidas sobre las celdas donde durmieron. La iglesia del convento es una de las zonas originarias mejor conservadas, donde se puede apreciar la nave primitiva del s XII con su sencilla bóveda, su friso que alude al Espíritu Santo y un conjunto de yeserías barrocas del s. XVII. La puerta de entrada, aunque de nueva construcción, respeta su ubicación original y sus arquivoltas planas con ladrillos hechos a mano siguiendo la técnica de los mudéjares de la época.
El claustro se ha convertido en una moderna zona de piscinas de agua termal mineromedicinal "Claustro Termal" y sus antiguas columnas de granito sostienen el actual "Patio Porticado" de la cafetería. Desde el Claustro se accede al circuito de contrastes "Patio Mudéjar", asentado sobre la cocina del convento y cuya chimenea usada antaño por las monjas sigue dando fuego actualmente en la sala de reposo.
Y creyendo en la leyenda de transmisión oral que durante generaciones contó que las aguas de X tenían poderes celestiales, se buscaron en su subsuelo aguas curativas apareciendo nuestras excelentes aguas mineromedicinales salinas y convirtiendo al humilde convento mudéjar de ladrillo y adobe en el primer Balneario de 4 estrellas de Castilla y León.
