mycardial infraction:Coronary arteries bring oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscle. The blockage of these arteries, as well as others in the body, most often arises from a condition known as atherosclerosis. With this disease, calcified fatty deposities build up to form so-called plaques in the inner lining of these arteries. If these plaques grow large enough to reduce blood flow, the heart's access to oxygen and nutrients may be affected and its abiliy to function imparied. If a plaque ruptures, the blood clot that forms as a result may block the artery completely or break free and lodge in another smaller artery.
In either of these cases, if the flow of blood to a region of the heart is interrupted for more than a few minutes, permanent damage to that region in the form of a myocardial infraction is very likely to occur.

zawał mięśnia sercowego: Tętnice wieńcowe dostarczają natlenioną krew do mięśnia sercowego. Zablokowanie tych tetnic , jak równiez innych, najczęściej jest wynikiem schorzenia zwanego miażdzycą. W tym schorzeniu,zwapnione złogi tłuszczowe odkładaja sie tworząc tz płytki miażdzycowe na wewnetrznych ściankach naczyń. Jesli płytki te staną sie tak duże że mogą utrudnić przepływ krwi, tlen oraz składniki odżywcze nie docierają do serca co może spowodowac upośledzenie jego funkcji. Jesli dojdzie do przemieszczenia płytki miażdzycowej, może powstac zakrzep który zablokuje całkowicie tętnice lub osadzi sie w innej, mniejszej tętnicy.
W każdym z tych przypadków, jesli doplyw krwi do obszarów serca jest utrudniony przez dłuzej niz kilka minut, może nastąpić trwałe uszkodzenie tych obszarów pod postacia zawału mięsnia sercowego. |

This convention presents general rules governing international sales of goods taking into consideration various social systems, economical, and legal ones with the aim of removing legal barriers fostering international development of commerce. |

In case the buyer does not collect the item of sale within the time period described above, he will be charged warehousing costs for every day of delay.
