Does anyone know of any good sources for Arabic to English dictionaries or any other helpful sources in the field of Islamic Fiqh and Sunna/Hadith????

Please, does anyone help me with this hadith:

wa alladhi nafsi bi-yadihi la-ta'amurunna bi-l-marouf wa tanhawnna an al-munkar wa la-ta'judhunna alà yad al-safih....

I would like to know where is it quoted (kutub al-sitta or other compilations)
