I`d be very pleased if anyone could tell me how I should use the spellchecker in PowerPoint to correct typographical and ortographical errors in Spanish.

As far as I know it's not possible to set the spellchecker language for a complete PowerPoint file so you have to do it page by page to ensure that all text boxes etc. are checked. I use the German version of PP so my guesses for the menu options in English may not all be correct.

Once you've done that for each page (as you move from page to page to do your translation) then just start the spellchecker in the Tools menu or by pressing F7. The spellchecker then stops at every suspected typo and offers you alternatives which you can click on to change the word, or you can enter a word of your own.
