Does anybody know or have experience with Fast Help http://www.fast-help.com ?

It seems quite user friendly, but lacks a few functions from majort tools like Trados.

The thing I didn't like at first was the lack of Spellcheck, or maybe I didn't look very well.

Any info would be very welcome.

I'm not sure why you are comparing this to Trados: it's much more in the line of RoboHelp, or other help authoring tools or help compilers.

There are even freeware versions of these programs.

hello,

I am comparing this because our customer is asking us to use this tool to translate a large project.

Do you mean by authoring tool that's is more made to create content than to translate it?

They have also the Translation Assistant, which is supposed to handle translation but without managing Spellchecking and fuzzy matches.
