Informative webinar Dec 2, 2016

The webinar by Brian was very informative and made me think about things I was already doing, often without realising, but also things that I could do differently. I often stress about the quality checks at the end as deadlines are often tight and he gave me a great framework to make the whole proces a little les stressful.

It was a shame the connection wasn't great about three quarters of the way in to the session and I had to leave the webinar. I will definitely watch the video aga
