Without know which \"parte\", it is really hard to say. There are at least 42 different types of \"parte\"
Although we do have the parte interesada, parte más diligente, parte actora, etc. (interested party, the first party to take action, the palintiff, etc.), out of context, without knowing what the antecedent is, who knows? Better to keep it generic, if it is an unknown.
