@Edith Don't think the word Liebe comes up once in nearly 20 pages of text, so I am really watering it down here. I wouldn't minded having been a bit more vulgar in keeping with the original, but somehow there was no middle ground here.

I do a lot for a drug against ED into German. The English is always very down-to-earth and never vulgar. So your proposal might fit. But then, I'd simply say: while making love. They always talk about "love" in their brochures.

The original is not funky, but pretty coarse and rude. You mentioned in previous questions that you don't want it to be vulgar, but in this particular case the source text is, in my opinion, extremely vulgar.

"while you're making love to her" does not quite capture the funkiness of the orginal, but am not sure how far I should go here.
