Limited (-) time offer (LTO) = zeitlich begrenztes Angebot
Hallo Susan,
"LTO Planning & Execution: Restaurants can better manage the uncertain demand associated with limited time offers (LTOs) and new menu items with real-time visibility to menu forecasts, sales, supplier and DC inventory, and COGS. Better promotion timing results in higher fill rates and lower obsolescence, helping restaurant chains improve profits."

LTOs continue to be a fundamental part of the quick-serve industry. Many franchise systems in the quick-serve restaurant industry use LTOs to bring in new customers, energise existing customers, test new products and generate excitement about the brand and the brand's food items."

"Restaurant Menu Engineering: LTO Marketing Management so you can launch more effective marketing campaigns by understanding the true cost of a new LTO or promotion."
https://www.crunchtime.com/solutions/menu-engineering-recipe...
"Limited-time offers (LTOs) and menu specials have become a fundamental sales builder for the food service industry, for brands as well as independent operations. A good special menu item drives excitement, increases awareness, explores new food trends, leverages seasonal ingredients and existing inventory—and brings in new and repeat customers—without endlessly extending the menu."
(Hier folgen dann 10 Strategien.

: This a reasonable suggestion, but there's not enough context provided by the Asker to be sure.

Discussion
It has been thus far assumed that the "organisation" refers to the institution (company, business, ...), and that the "board" is a group of senior people (executives, ...).
But "organisation" can also be a process/act of organising.
So then a "board" could be a display board within the restaurant, on which the menu and (short-term) special offers are shown. https://www.signmenu.com/blog/the-key-ingredient-to-your-dig... & https://www.discountdisplays.co.uk/html/menu-boards.html
"Organising" could then refer to procuring the board, or arranging the layout.
Or perhaps the "board" could be a so-called storyboard, used to plan a video, such as a TV advertisement. https://www.storyboardthat.com/
And all of that is presuming that "LTO" does indeed denote a limited-time offer.
"We comb through thousands of ideas every year to set the LTO calendar," says Neville Craw, VP of culinary for Arby's. And from idea to launch, an LTO can involve up to 150 steps, says Brian Hipsher, VP of marketing for City Barbeque."
