The Positive Percent Agreement (PPA), Negative Percent Agreement (NPA) and Overall Percent Agreement (OPA) for XXXX SARS-CoV-2 Real Time PCR detection kit were calculated in relation to the results from the Aptima® SARS-CoV-2 Assay (Panther® System) (Hologic), as shown in Table 12.
