The correct way to spell it is "Latinx", and it's the gender-neutral way to refer to latinos/latinas. This is why it's important for the translation to be gender-neutral as well. We can't say لاتيني, لاتينية, لاتينيون, لاتينيات.
A nice workaround I figured out is "لاتين". It's جمع التكسير according to المعجم الرائد (check it out in قاموس المعاني.
