If a player has registered for a tournament but does not take part for whatever reason their chips will be blinded off and the player will de deemed to have participated.
blind off
(v phrase) In a tournament, when a player doesn't show up at the start of a tournament but has paid for his chips, or after a break or on a second or succeeding day of play, his chips are put into the pot to cover his blind (definition 1) or blinds each time the blinds come to him, until he does show up. If the player never shows up, all his chips might be (((blinded off))).

I know exactly what BLINDED OFF is, but I can not find a good Chinese for it. I play online poker
In the poker table every one gets a turn to be blind, which means you have to bet before you see your cards. Here it means that you entered the tournament but you did not play. Every time when your turn to be blind, even if you are not playing,it will automatically take your chips till all your chips are taken, then you are blinded off.
