Richtig, ein Doppelmoppel in Reinkultur. Bei "targets and objectives" hätte man noch denken können, dass es sich um konkrete (in Zahlen messbare) und übergeordnete/abstrakte (verbal formulierte) Ziele handelt. Aber so ...

Persönlich finde ich "anspruchsvoll" besser als "ehrgeizig".

Im Grunde genommen schon redundant, die Engländer tun das gerne...
Ich würde nur von "Zielen" sprechen, obwohl auch im Deutschen eine redundante Lösung denkbar wäre.
