In 2012 – advisory turbo assessments for companies hiring personnel with foreign qualifications

The customer's explanation for "advisory turbo assessments" is:
The point is that we make an advisory statements to employers which are in the process of hiring new personnel. We will do it in max 3 days instead of the usual 3-4 weeks. It is an advisory statement, because there are things about authenticity we cannot guarantee without checking this and this cannot be done within such a short time limit. Therefore it is an advisory assessment as opposed to a legally binding assessment.
