This is from the same text as my earlier question (terms of a Schuldschein).
"The Borrower may repay the loan at its Principal Amount together with accrued interest on April 7, 2005 and, thereafter, at its Accreted Principal Amount. The Accredited Principal Amount of the Loan in respect of any Accreted Principal Amount Determination Date shall be calculated by the Calculation Agent according to the formula: Ai = Ai-1 x (1 + Accretion Rate)."
Can anybody help me with this term and/or suggest resources or even a good financial dictionary?

gemäss untenstehender Ref. geht es bei "accrete" um vergrössern, vermehren, zuwachsen, Zuwachs erhalten. - Der "principal amount" wird von Eurodicautom als UNTERLIEGENDER KAPITALBETRAG erwähnt, dürfte aber m.E. in diesem Zusammenhang einfach als Darlehensbetrag auch OK sein. Viel Spass noch.
