Hi! Ich habe hier einen ganz einfachen Satz, verstehe aber die Zeitkonstruktion nicht.

According to what information I can find, the entrance of the city should be somewhere near the oasis.

Je nachdem, welche Infos ich finden kann, müsste sich die Stadt ...? Das ergibt doch keinen Sinn.

Korrekt wäre doch: According to the information I found, ...

je nachdem, welche Infos........


Explanation:
Ich denke, das stimmt so. Wahrscheinlich ist hier der genaue Wortlaut, der Infos gemeint. Je nachdem welche Info z.B. 100m südlich von Punkt x oder 100m nördlich von punkt y. Vielleicht gibt es mehrere Informanten und man muß abwarten wer welche Info bringt. :-)
