1. US Prime Contractors and Higher Tier Subcontractors and Suppliers: Not allowed except for logo or promotional items < $25 (US Dollars) aggregate value per employee per year from a single source

2. Commercial (Non-Government) Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers: Not allowed without prior approval by the Business Head or **Shared Services Group Head**, as applicable (except logo or promotional items < $25 (US Dollar) aggregate value per employee per year from a single source do not require such prior approval)

3. Commercial (Non-Government) Customers: Reasonable – not extravagant or frequent

4. International Government Officials: Varies by in-country laws. If legally permitted, any gratuities with an aggregate value >$100 per employee per year from a single source required prior approval by the General Counsel or designee
