English to German Bus/Financial Human Resources

Hallo zusammen,

dieser Begriff ist in einer Firmenrichtlinie zur Auszahlung von Managerboni enthalten und macht mir ein wenig Kopfzerbrechen:

"Payments under the 2008 MIP (Management Incentive Plan) will be made within 30 days after completion of the annual audit, but not later than June 30, 2009. In all countries, local tax laws apply. MIP payments are pensionable income. In the U.S., payments are subject to 401 (k) **deduction elections** and statutory withholding."

Der 401 (k)-Plan ist mir bekannt. Allerdings habe ich Schwierigkeiten, eine griffige Übersetzung für den obigen Begriff zu finden.
