All **enquiries** should be addressed to the Agent whose Contact Details are shown in the Schedule. Any **enquiries** which are or could be in connection with a claim should be reported in accordance with the conditions of this Certificate. Laut Duden wird in der österreichischen und schweizerischen Rechtsprechung als Synonym für "Beschwerde" auch das in Deutschland als veraltet geltende "Rekurs" verwendet. Ansonsten ginge vielleicht noch "Reklamation".

"Rekurs" scheint durchaus auch außerhalb von Gerichten und Rechtsprechung verwendet zu werden:
"Gegen Disziplinarmaßnahmen können die Schülereltern innerhalb drei Tagen *Rekurs* bei der Schlichtungskommission einreichen."

: Rekurs gibts in der Schweiz nur im öffentlichen Recht ("Rekurs heisst das Rechtsmittel, mit dem die Verfügung (oder der Einspracheentscheid) einer Verwaltungsbehörde bei der ersten Rechtsmittelinstanz angefochten wird.")
