Special Conditions to Section I

In the event of any occurrence which might cause a delay and give rise to a claim under
this Section:
a) the Insured shall as soon as practicable notify the Insurers in writing of the occurrence;
b) the Insured shall do and *concur in doing any permit to be done* all such things as may be reasonably practicable to minimise or establish the extent of any interference with the Insured Business and/or possible delay in the construction work so as to avoid or diminish any loss event resulting therefrom;
