Zum Thema Versicherungen aus einem Vertragstext:

Each of the Parties shall individually procure and maintain (or cause to be procured and maintained) for the Term the following policies:

1.1. Workers’ Compensation. (a) a Workers Compensation Insurance policy, *on occurrence terms*, covering the Party (and its employees on the Site), in, at a minimum, such form(s) and amount(s) as required by the Laws of the country in which the Project is located or (b) an “Employer’s Liability Insurance” policy covering, with respect to such Party, (i) accidental bodily injury (with limits of liability of not less than [______________ _______ (____) ], per accident) and (ii) bodily injury by disease (with limits of liability of not less than [______________ _______ (____) ] per employee and a combined aggregate limit of liability of not less than [______________ _______ (____) ]).
