Es geht um einen Bericht über ein Projekt der Europäischen Kommission, FoodRisC, zur Kommunikation über "food risks and benefits" (habe ich mit "Risiken und Nutzen von Lebensmitteln" übersetzt.

"Journalists in particular are an important group to take into account as they are involved not only in the dissemination of the message to a wider audience, but also in the interpretation and framing of the information. Journalists have the potential to act as an *** ‘agenda builder’ *** and to impart influence on their audience."
(Der gesuchte Begriff ist im Source-text in Anführungszeichen gesetzt.)

Ich glaube zu verstehen, was gemeint ist: Journalisten haben Einfluss darauf. was den Leuten wichtig ist (d. h. auf ihrer Agenda ziemlich weit oben steht).
Aber: wie drücke ich das in einem einzigen Begriff prägnant aus? ("Agenda-Bauer" wäre m. E. nicht verständlich).
