Aus einer medizinischen Bildgebungssoftware, und zwar aus dem Modul für die Herzuntersuchung. Es handelt sich nur um eine Begriffsliste, daher leider kein weiterer Kontext vorhanden. Weiter oben und unten in der Liste sind aber verschiedene Koronararterien aufgeführt:
- 3rd Marginal Coronary Artery (22)
- 3rd Right posterolateral (8)
- AV groove continuation of Circumflex Artery (23)
- Distal Circumflex Coronary Artery (19A)
etc.

Es geht um einen Ast der re. Herzkrankzarterie, den - im Deutschen zumindest - nicht "akuten", spitz abgehenden (?), sondern einfach "R. marginalis":

agree  Anne Schulz: doch, doch - schon spitzwinkelig abgehend, der Ramus marginalis dexter, im Gegensatz zum R. marginalis sinister ("obtuse marginal"), der stumpfwinklig(er) vom R. circumflexus der li. Koronararterie abgeht.
