2 +3 | Wirbelpupillenrand / Pupille mit Zahnradphänomen |

Wirbelpupillenrand / Pupille mit Zahnradphänomen Explanation: Here are a couple of references that may be helpful. Í was hoping to find some more "reliable" sources but that's it for now. Hence, I will set the confidence to low and see what the peers have to say! The German author uses the term "Wirbelpupillenrand" because this pupil sign indicates, at least according to these sources, spinal degeneration. The English author also refers to spinal weaknesses. Maybe it helps. 1. English source (there is even a contact, so if you really wanted to know, you could contact this person) "cogwheel pupil border [...] I think you are referring to the pupil border sign, characterized by "teeth like" formations as you would see in a cogwheel. These are seen around the inner PB. There are two variations - small delicate teeth and larger thick teeth. Both are linked to spinal weakness at the physical level. The fine toothed cogwheel border indicates drying out of the spinal tissues and is often associated with arthritis. The thick-toothed cogwheel border is more severe by degree. The client has a tendency to stretching of the ligaments, tendons, sinews and joints. Soft tissue problems including varicose veins in the legs, anus and rectum may also be present. These problems will be exacerbated if they are overweight." 2.
