"While TRS cannot be confirmed by assessing the severity of psychotic symptoms at first contact for psychosis, more patients with treatment resistance from onset have psychotic symptoms of greater severity at first contact, than those with emergent resistance."
Having some problems undestaindg the first part of this sentence, especially "at first contact for psychosis". What do they mean by "at first contact"? And does "for psychosis" relate to first contact or to severity of symptoms?
