Of all the women aged between 18-65 xxx would definitely buy a bonded or stitch-free bra.

Since the term is "bonded" rather than "bonded fabric" it could refer to a technology rather than a specific fabric. "to bond" refers to "kaschieren" in textile, according to Langenscheidt Fachwörterbuch Technik und angewandte Wissenschaften.
This technology refers to "seamless bonding" in "Surf-Magazin" in the link below. The other link lists the many uses of the procedure, among them Damenunterwäsche.

this question has been asked in the French/English Kudoz and unfortunately it hasn't been graded, but "glued" was actually suggested, as opposed to a seam

The bra is laser cut with stitch free, bonded seams. I examined the bra closely, and the only stitching I could see were the tiny tacks that secured the hooks to the fabric on the back. Everything else was bonded together. The underwire is sandwiched within the molded foam -- so 21st century.
Example sentence:
don't know whether this helps at all, forum on the "new look"; I'll keep looking

Alternative in Verbindung bringen. Grüße.
