EU Financing Agreement
The period of execution of the Financing Agreement shall comprise two phases:
- an operational implementation phase, in which the principal activities are carried
out. This phase shall commence on the entry into force of the Financing
Agreement and end with the opening of the closure phase;
- a closure phase, during which final audits and evaluation are carried out and contracts and programme estimates for the implementation of the Financing Agreement are technically and financiall y closed. This phase shall end at the latest 24 months after
the end of the operational implementation phase.

4.1 Період виконання Угоди про фінансування поділяється на дві стадії:
- період практичної реалізації, коли проводяться основні види діяльності. Ця стадія починається разом з набуттям чинності Угоди про фінансування, та закінчується з початком завершальної стадії;
- завершальна стадія, впродовж якої проводяться остаточні аудити та оцінки, а також здійснюється технічне та фінансове закриття контрактів та кошторисів програм, що забезпечують реалізацію Угоди про фінансування. Ця стадія закінчується не пізніше ніж через 24 місяці після завершення стадії практичного виконання.
