"The auditors’ revised calculations add up to US$1,012,811. We have assumed that the payments are unchanged as the auditors had reviewed them previously."
I can't quite figure out the exact meaning of "as the auditors had reviewed them previously". The text is part of the response of a company to the revised tax calculations prepared by the tax auditors.
Thanks in advance,
Claudia.
