Bonjour il s'agit d'un certificat pour un citoyen qui vient d'acquérir la nationalité française.
Le Contexte est comme suit :
A ACQUIS la nationalité française par décret de naturalisation n°019 du 21 juin 2021 publié au Journal officiel du 23 juin 2021 (Dossier n°2020X025391). Il n’a été trouvé trace ni d’un "décret rapportant" (article 27-2 du code civil.
