In one situation: "Vous entrevoyez implanter une nouvelle structure à laquelle votre équipe n'est pas sensibilisée. Néanmoins, votre équipe vous a déjà fait part de ses recommandations quant au besoin de procéder à des changements. Actuellement, l'équipe est productive et elle fait preuve de souplesse dans la conduite de ses diverses opérations. Comment réagissez-vous ?"
Does this mean "implement a new organizational structure which your team is not aware of"?

I have to change my original answer after careful reflection. I answered in haste.
*Sensibiliser* means "to make aware", to make alive to", to awaken to", or "to be tuned in to."
I think that my original answer sounds a bit awkward in natural English.
My new translation should read:
You are planning on implementing a new structure *unfamiliar* to the team.
I rephrased it so it sounds "natural", and not like a translation.
I'm not sure of the meaning of "structure" in this context, but I hope you consider this new translation.
My original is not wrong; it just sounds a bit awkward to me. I don't like it. That's the result sometimes from translating "en vitesse".

"aware" to me suggests that they may not be aware of your plans. Here it means a structure they know nothing about, have not been trained for

: I'm sorry, Adam, that I have to change my agreement status, but I'm not convinced "attuned" is accurate. Please don't take offense. "Sensibiliser" doesn't mean to "bring into harmony" (no nuance of this). I reckon it has to with "familiarity" only.
