Thank you Tony Yes, I realize there is very little context. As I mentioned, this is a spreadsheet, so it makes the translation challenging. There is no straight text. To answer your last question, no. It's virtually impossible to answer your other questions without checking with the client, which I may need to do.

@ Asker Once again, here, how does your question term fit in with the text extract you quote? From the wider context, which is woefully lacking here, do you understand that these things that need to be done / things that are causing problems / reasons for lack of efficiency? Is there anything about them in the XLS, like 'to be done by maintenance next week' or something?
