I think it means this on the Energy Exchange (a real joke in Italy!!!!).

James U are quite right. Funny world isn't it - I am currently doing a legal translation 8according to the Agency) and there isn't one legal word in it! It's all engineering. Do agencies actually read what they send out to translators?
