surveys on internet usage
(From a powerpoint presentation on a new software which allows one to identify certain elements about the user's web-browsing activity):
"(Software di AziendaZZZ) come «Open Architecture» per l’introduzione di nuove metriche di ingaggio e TOUCH POINT più “profondi”.
"(ZZZCompany software) such as "Open Architecture" for the introduction of new engagement parameters and "deeper" TOUCH POINTS."
later in the text:
"Principali metriche rilevate
Unique Audience
Active Reach (%)
Time Spent (total & per person)
Web Page Views
Standard Demographics
Operators"
So it's clear these "metriche" are like 'yardsticks', selected criteria to be measured in this software's survey. And the same concept is used later in explaining research that was done before and in function of the creation of the software. There must be a common way this is said in English. Like "survey ____", "survey topics" or something like that. I was using "parameters" for metriche (survey parameters), but that I believe is more for setting the upper and lower levels of research into a given topic or aspect; it's these topics or aspects themselves that are the metrics.
Thanks for any help!!! Not an easy question.
