Italian term

regime patrimoniale di comunione legale dei beni

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Power of attorney
This is part of the details given about an attendee at a power of attorney declaration. I can see from other Kudoz entries that the term relates to community of property and shared assets, but I am not sure on how to word this appropriately in order to convey all the information given accurately:

"....[personal details]....la quale dichiara di essere coniugata in regime patrimoniale di comunione legale dei beni e che il proprio codice fiscale è: xxxx"

I have put:

"and declaring that he is married with community of property and shared assets, and that his unique tax code is: xxxx"

community property regime

"they were married under a community property regime"
Lara a community property regime is a "shared assets regime"
A longer more literal translation just doesn't work "a property regime of community property" You could add "marital" "a community marital property regime"

"Pas de quois" or "Pa de kwa" as they say in my new abode :-)
Note from asker:
So in order to structure the phrase into my sentence, could I say: "...and declaring to be a part of a community marital property regime"? (or "to be a party within a community ..." etc)
Thank you.
Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. (X) : with married 'under' or 'subject to' the (civil law) community property/(EN Common Law) joint tenancy regime.
