Italian to English Art/Literary Religion OT scripture

What is this saying?

"È il Nome per cui tutto esiste e si muove, è il Nome che è posto come sigillo su tutte le opere della creazione (Amos 9,6). Si benedice nel Suo nome, si stabilisce l’alleanza nel Suo nome, ci si stabilisce sulla terra nel Suo nome, si è scelti e consacrati nel Suo nome. Stelle e sole hanno il sigillo del Suo nome (Giobbe 9,7)."

That the Israelites take possession of the Land in his name?
The Name is, of course, God's name, referring also to his power and to all of his being.
The curious (at least for me) construction of "ci si stabilisce" throws me. Is it referring to the Israelites and does it mean they establish themselves, that is, conquer/take possession of the Land in his name?
