Japanese to English Bus/Financial IT (Information Technology)
The 'errors' below are errors caused by problems in software.

This is definitely not talking about baseball or batting averages (lol), so what exactly is the nuance of 打率の高いエラー?

frequently-occurring errors, errors that are likely to actually cause a problem, other?

Thanks.

errors that occur with considerable frequency

I think it's talking about the frequency, as you mention.

If you have a high batting average you hit the ball more frequently than someone with a lower batting average.

errors with a high hit rate

Not really my field, but looking at the source text explanation (エラー指摘されて、コードを見ると確かに問題につながりうるもの) this suggests that the errors in question are genuine errors rather than apparent (?) errors. If all flagged errors are tossed balls, then the ones with high hit rate are the genuine ones, the others are curveballs (?... I hate baseball.). However, if I'm wrong I think my suggestion is suitably ambiguous to allow the idea 'errors that occur with high frequency'.
