I am translating a Brazilian marriage certificate and there is a stamp at the bottom that is hard to read (two stamps overlap). I am having a hard time with the bottom sentence, perhaps some of you can fill in the blank or make an educated guess.
The stamp says:
"Cartorio do 1o oficio de registro civil
Michelle bla bla
***Escrev. ----*** (P0592159-number is overlaps) Brasilia-DF
Is that "registered" or "recorded"? Thanks for the help
