This is part of the name of a graduate course which is: *** Pós-Graduação 1a Gerência em Gestão de Negócios. ***
What I have been able to discover is that it is similar to an MBA but while an MBA course requires 600 hours of courses this only has 360 hours.
Anyone know the equivalent in English?

'Gerência & Gestão' in Portuguese mean exactly the same thing- Manager/Management etc.
However here 'gerência has a different meaning;It is refering to these who will be teaching, administrating and so on. I read the entire sentance as:
Post Graduation 1st Quality Business Management.
