Spanish term or phrase: su casa (doblemente suya)
The document appears to be a calling card. The writer has already expressed his inability to visit the recipient but tells the recipient that he is welcome to visit.

"Yo iría a verle a Ud. de no impedirmelo el estado de mi salud, pero le espramos in esta su casa (doblemente suya) entre dos y cuatro y media..."

It is clear that the use of "su" is to show welcome (Mi casa es su casa), but wording it in English without it becoming too wordy is the challenge.

This is to get the ball rolling. We have to find something that sounds natural in English and conveys the same idea. Like you, I think that trying to come up with something like my home is your home doesn't really work.
