Turkish to English Bus/Financial Accounting

Hello colleagues,

To begin with, I do not speak Turkish. I am translating The Turkish Chart of Accounts from English into Russian. Some descriptions of the accounts in English raise my doubts as to the accuracy of the initial translation. As Turkish descriptions are given too, I’ve decided to check some of my suggestions.

One of the account is FAZLA ÖDENEN VERGİ in Turkish.

It was translated as OTHER VARIOUS RECEIVABLES, but the Google Translator provides the option TAX PAYABLE for it. Which of them (if any) is correct?
