Kanımca: "repairs" çünkü, tadilat basit anlamıyla kırık düküklerin onarılması anlamına gelir. Modifiye, onarımdan öteye şekli değişiklik için yapılır. İnşaat Sektöründe "Improvement", binanın içinden çok dışı ile alakalı göz alıcı işlemleri kapsar.
Alterasyon ise mevcudun onarılması değil değiştirilmesidir.
